We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at Patrick’s cozy cabin! Communication was smooth and his responses were always quick. The check-in instructions were very clear, and the kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, yet the location was also convenient to get around. The hot water supply was great too! Highly recommend staying here. We truly enjoyed our time.

We stayed here as a family of four and had an overall enjoyable experience.Pros:The property has plenty of rooms, which gave everyone space to relax and spread out.A grocery store is conveniently located about 15 minutes away, making it easy to grab food and drinks during our stay.The hot tub was in great working condition and definitely a highlight after a day outdoors.Cons:The beach volleyball court could use some upkeep—it wasn’t in the best shape for playing.The pond was quite overgrown with lily pads, which made swimming difficult.There were no kayaks available, which was a bit disappointing, but we brought our own inflatable boat and it worked well on the pond.We experienced a plumbing issue where water would back up after showers, which was inconvenient.With a few improvements, this place could be even better. Still, we appreciated the space and peaceful surroundings for a short family getaway.

We were forced to leave our 2 night trip early because of sewage problem. We weren’t able to shower, use the bathroom or any water for all the trip. We had to deal with the smell as toilet water and pee and poo came up the shower for all our trip. And the owner was present almost all day inside bringing equipment and making noise. The host refused to give us a full refund. He offered a 50% refund in which he lied to us about and didn’t even give to us. Besides that, the photos are all dated. The volleyball net was broken. The court itself was hard and had weeds growing inside it, definitely not maintained. The darts for the dartboard were broken, the ball for the foosball table was lumpy and chipped. One of the canoes had a huge gash in it and was unusable. We only had 4 forks for our group of 7. Something that they should be prepared for since we booked so ahead of time. In the end, extremely disappointed by the experience and the lie of a 50% refund at the minimum.

Very nice cozy chalet for winter gate away!! Lots of space and clean.

My family and I really enjoyed our week at Patrick’s place. He was very helpful with any questions I had. The location couldn’t be better, Mont-Blanc is 10 mins away and about 25 mins to Tremblant. Plenty of things to do in the area. The town of Saint-Faustin is just down the street with restaurants, grocery, SAQ, Gas and Pharmacy. Our only other comment is that the kitchen floor is extremely cold!! I’d highly recommend a pair of slippers. Also, the beds are very much on the firm side, even for a memory foam. We would happily stay there again and again!

Had a wonderful stay for one week with my family. Cozy home to relax at after snow shoeing and other outdoor activities. The hot tub was a nice bonus!

Cute, spacious and homey place with a private yard that’s very close to the Mont Blanc ski hill and only 25 mins from Tremblant. Lots was provided but we needed to buy butter/oil and salt for cooking. Clean towels were provided and very clear instructions for checking in and out. We also each got our own bed. Would come again.

My family and I along with 2 other families really enjoyed the place and the amenities it has. highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and peaceful place which feels just like home.

Chalet très bien équipé et bien situé. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la cuisine à notre arrivée et l’équipe de Patrick a réagit rapidement pour nous amener une chaufferette portative. Amenez quand même vos pantoufles car le plancher y est très froid l’hiver! Le spa était très aussi très propre. Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour!

Malheureusement le chalet que nous avions réservé en lisant le descriptif et en regardant les photos ne reflètent pas celui que nous avons eu. Certains points/choses demanderaient de l'amélioration. - le module de jeu pour enfant n'est pas utilisable (contrairement au photo de l'annonce) - le barbecue est extrêmement sale et n'a pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée. - l'eau du spa n'était vraiment pas belle à notre arrivée (ceci a été réglé par la suite) - un des canots est fendu et un autre réparé avec du "tape". - aucun paddle board (contrairement aux photos du site). - Aucun ponton (contrairement au descriptif de l'annonce) - Chalet près de la route - Odeur de la fosse septique lors de journées chaudes/humides Aussi, il serait très intéressant d'avoir l'air climatisé dans le chalet. Par contre, lorsque nous avons avisé Réserver.ca de la situation, nous avons eu un retour rapidement. Bon service à la clientèle. Malgré tout un bon séjour mais le descriptif et les photos devraient être revus et corrigés.

We enjoyed our time. Main floor was great for family gathering. It was a little too rustic for the price. Chalet was clean, location was good. Beds and pillow were uncomfortable and bedrooms were a little tight.

A lovely stay. Patrick was always available when needed and the place was very well maintained. the only downside if any was that the pond wasn't clean.

We had a great girls weekend at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit. Quiet neighborhood and very private. Good communication with the owner.

This place was great! We made extensive use of the hot tub which was so nice after hitting the slopes. Our foosball tournament was a fun way to not leave the house, and the couches were comfy enough to accidentally fall asleep on. The beds smelled/looked clean and the memory foam was very comfortable for most of our party (a bit firm for me but that's just preference). The place was immaculate and free of clutter. Patrick as a host is very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Well situated for a ski trip to Mont Tremblant and perfect for a group get together.

We had a great weekend at Patrick’s place. We were 9 people and we all had enough space and beds. The area surrounding was beautiful especially the lake even in winter! The house matched the photos and the beds were really comfortable. The only downside was there was no salt and pepper but that’s not really an issue. Other than that we all had a great weekend and I would definitely recommend Patrick’s place!

Great house to have a getaway for the weekend

Everything on the listing matched when we arrived. The place was clean, cozy and definitely fit a group of 9 guys. Unfortunately, with the rain we did not get to enjoy the beach volleyball net and large lawn space. We did get to paddle for 10 minutes and it was nice and fairly good size pond*, but had lots of weed/lilys so swim at your own discretion. Overall would recommend.

Le logement était correct mais deux problèmes majeurs selon moi sont survenus durant le séjour : une baie vitré ne se fermait pas et le sèche linge ne marchait pas . Pour la baie vitrée, elle n’a été réparé que la dernière nuit. nous avons donc passé 2 nuits sur 3 avec un logement qui ne se fermait pas. Il a fallu insister lourdement chaque jour pour que quelque chose soit fait. Certaines réponses me semblait lunaire du type « de mémoire il n’y a jamais eu de problème de sécurité dans ce secteur ». (A dispo pour montrer les échanges). Lorsque je loue quelque chose, je souhaite être en sécurité et pouvoir fermer les accès en journée et le nuit. Le sèche linge n’a pas marché du séjour et ne pouvait être réparé que le jour de notre départ (cela était donc inutile). Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et il a plu plusieurs jours (impossible de sécher à l’extérieur). Le sèche linge était clairement nécessaire. Meme si un accord a été trouvé, il a fallu lourdement insisté pour l’obtenir.

Todos se ajustó a los esperado. Patrick estuvo atento y respondió con prontitud a todas nuestras dudas. Resolvió con rapidez y eficacia pequeños detalles. Muy recomendable.

Le chalet étais bien , il manquait malheureusement un ballon de volley-ball et un des canoës étais brisée. Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine . En tout nous avons adoré notre séjour, mais nous nous entendions à un peu mieux .

Un très bon chalet pour une fin de semaine entre amis, avec un grand terrain et lac privé ! C'est un peu proche de la route, mais la circulation est faible le soir, ce n'est pas vraiment dérangeant.

This property is simply stunning! We had a fantastic time. It took us a while to decide because there were so many options in AirBnb. We are two families traveling with four small children, the kids had plenty of space to play and we felt very comfortable. The house is extremely clean and just an amazing atmosphere. We didn’t get to experience the outdoors of the property because everything was under snow but even so the property offered so much inside we enjoyed every moment. This was a great experience. We will definitely rent out the out again when we travel back to Mont Tremblant. Great location too with spectacular scenery. Look no further, this is the place for you! Beautiful place, great location very close to Tremblant with a large kitchen and 5 bedrooms.

We visited this place for our Xmas holiday. We had great stay at the cottage. Patrick is a wonderful host and always response immediately to our questions. The room is very clean and everything looks exactly same as the phone shown on website. This place have a huge back yard, for the snow season, its a good place to practice as a newbie for snowboarding lol we would definitely come back again and looking forward to visit again !

A really cozy house, looks like the pictures. Mattress are pretty stiff, and showers have low water pressures. The home is pretty clean but kitchen had some dirty pans and dishes on the shelf’s. Snow was not shoveled so was not able to use the fire pit or the hot tub. Overall a nice home but needs more care from the owners (foosball table was fun but the only ball there was damaged) dartboard was available but the darts were mostly damaged. Small details but would have been nice if it was fixed.

The setting was nice. Really great for a family reunion! Big dinner table, lots of room for cooking, nice comfortable bedrooms and a hot tub right off the deck. And, some friendly neighbourhood cat came to visit often. We’d be happy to go there again. Right between Tremblant and Ste-Agathe and some lovely back roads to take and avoid the 117.

Très bel endroit, très bien situé à proximité du Village Tremblant et du parc du Mont-Tremblant. Nous étions une famille de 5 et notre séjour a été des plus agréable. Patrick était disponible et a répondu à nos questions. Je recommande sans hésitations!

Great location, the place was super clean and very well equipped. I would highly recommend it.

This place was great and had tons of space for 12 of us. Very clean, a stocked kitchen, and a beautiful yard to set up and play some outdoor games (cornhole, can jam, spikeball). Patrick was a great host and was always quick to respond to any questions/comments. My one negative comment, which I do believe was just unfortunate timing, was that there was an issue with the septic tank which left an unfortunate smell on the property throughout the day. Luckily as soon as you got the bonfire started you could no longer notice it.

Great place and a great view to wind down for a weekend. Would definitely come back.

Great place. The property management company, Reserver.ca, was a dream to work with in unthinkable circumstances (a terrible thunderstorm/tornado). They did everything they could to help. The owner of the property, Natalie, was also very kind and helpful. Definitely would return to this property.

Would 100% recommend Patrick’s place and would visit again anytime!! Wonderful place for a group of friends - large dining table, lots of games, very comfortable beds for everyone, fully stocked kitchen…and the cherry on top was the hot tub - it was perfect! Well heated, fun lights, and right outside the back door. The bnb was only a ~25 min drive from the Tremblant village (and I imagine this might be faster in better weather / road conditions). Patrick was very easy to communicate with and check-in was smooth - thank you for a great stay!

Our stay here was amazing! The foosball table and other games on the first floor were a great time killer in our downtime, as well as having a hot tub to soak in after a long day of activities. The Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you would need to cook meals which is a nice touch as well. The whole place had a very rustic yet modern feel to it. We would definitely stay here again

My friends and I had a very good stay at Patrick's chalet. Communication was efficient and easy. There is a little private lake where we could do canoe and kayak, a volley field. Has 2 bathrooms, place is very clean, kitchen has all appliances. The dinning table is very big. Perfect for a big group of friends and very kid friendly place. It is very closed to all Tremblant's activities. Highly recommended!

Had a great time this past weekend at this cottage with some friends. The cottage is pretty secluded with no neighbors other than a few cottages down the hill across the street. This was nice for privacy and not having to worry about disturbing others. The inside of the cottage was very well maintained, with renovated bathrooms (showers were nice and clean). The kitchen was clean as well and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms were nice, and everyone enjoyed their sleep. As per the outside of the cottage, there is some misleading information on the ad. The cottage is advertised as being a beach front property, but there is no beach or waterfront to enjoy. The water is very swampy (mucky) with loads of mud, weeds and lily pads, therefore not swimmable. There is a canoe, and a kayak I believe, but with how small and gross the pond is, we did not take the boats out. For the volleyball court and net, there are a ton of weeds in the sand and it is not maintained. The net is in rough shape and it is not tight (very low). My group (friends) did not play volleyball for these reasons. The grass needed cutting as well, which made it a little tough to play games on the grass. Further, when we arrived around 4:30 p.m. on Friday (check-in is at 4:00 p.m.), the cleaning crew was still around, and there was messy garbage all around the garbage bins at the front. The cleaning crew told us that they called for the garbage to be cleaned up, but this garbage was around all weekend. This made the first impression not a great one. The road is very close to the cottage, and the cars are very loud at night, especially when you are trying to sleep. Lastly, the cottage is very pricy for what you get. The pictures on the ad of the outside are very misleading.

Malgré le fait que le chalet se trouve tout près de la rue, cela nous a aucunement empêché de profiter de la beauté de la nature et de se déconnecter! Le chalet est très bien équipé, il nous manquait rien du tout, c'était si beau et si propre. Il y a plusieurs jeux pour faire passer le temps. Cependant, l'eau dans le lac a beaucoup diminué comparé aux photos, c'est très dommage, nous n'avons pas pu profiter ! Je vous conseille fortement cet endroit. Le host nous répondait rapidement, la communication était excellente!

This review reflects the host and not the property. I am unable to provide an accurate review of the property as we never ended up using our reservation. Our group had planned to use the property for a getaway with a few girls that are family and friends. Hours before we were meant to leave for our weekend, we got unfortunate news about a close family member (mother and aunt to multiple guests from the reservation) and were not able to leave town for the weekend. I had sent a message to Patrick requesting a phone number where he could be reached and received no response. There was a phone number that was associated with the reservation that we did end up calling . I needed to deal with the emergency medical situation - as my mother had become very ill suddenly and I was her POA - so my aunt called the number and spoke with one of the property managers (not Patrick) to whom she explained the situation – there was a family emergency and the group would not be using the reservation. The person she spoke too was very understanding and mentioned they would see if we could work out an agreeable refund for the weekend or credit to use the property for another weekend in the future – this person was meant to call back my aunt to discuss options after speaking with the owners of the property. There was not follow up. My aunt called again and was told that the property owners were refusing any refund or credit on the stay. While we spoke to them within the cancellation refund window to let them know we would not be using the reservation – technically the stay was not cancelled through the website and therefore they did not need to honour our request for any refunded amount. To date, we have not reached a resolution with AirBNB for this matter. While I’m sure that Patrick’s properly is beautiful, I am shocked by the lack of compassion shown to myself and my family by both Patrick and the property owners.

Le terrain de ce chalet était super. Nous avions accès à un large terrain gazonné intime ayant un endroit pour faire un feu, à plusieurs chaises, à deux tables à piques-niques et à un terrain de volley-ball. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les jeux disponibles à l’intérieur du chalet, ceux-ci ont été appréciés tout au long du séjour. La batterie de cuisine était particulièrement complète et fonctionnelle, nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait pour faire toutes sortes de repas. Les 5 chambres étaient très confortables et tout le monde était bien installé. Merci à l’hôte qui était très facilement rejoignable et qui répondait à toutes mes questions.

They did a really great job on the renovation of this house. The layout is great and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is incredibly well stalked. A couple of things to note that aren’t obvious from photos is it is on quite a busy loud road where cars and trucks are going by quite fast. Also it’s not really a lake it’s more of a pond that is quite murky and not quite swimable. That being said we had a great time and it’s so close to a fantastic public beach in Tremblant and I bet it’s amazing in winter too because it’s so well situated to so much winter fun.
