Malgré que l’endroit soit correct, notre expérience a été très décevante. Les lacs étaient sales et il y avait énormément de moustiques et de mouches à cause des poubelles laissées dehors, déchirées par les animaux et jamais ramassées. À notre arrivée, le chalet semblait ne pas avoir été nettoyé : piscine sale, lave-vaisselle en mauvais état et sale, réfrigérateur qui coulait et sale, poussière partout (même sous les lits), toiles d’araignée, une des deux salles de bain et plusieurs portes brisées. L’annonce promettait du bois pour le feu de camp, mais il n’y en avait pas. Après notre demande, le propriétaire nous a demandé d’en acheter à 20 minutes du chalet et de lui envoyer la facture pour être remboursés. De plus, un rongeur est tombé dans la piscine; malgré notre demande de nettoyage, personne n’est venu avant la veille de notre départ. Sur les lis beaucoup de cheveux et BBQ sale à l’intérieur et en dessous. Pour moi, c’est un endroit à déconseiller.

We had a fun time staying there but there were a few cleanliness items which put a damper on our time. On arrival there was some trash left behind beside the driveway that some wildlife had gotten into, we mentioned it when we arrived and while it wasn’t within sight while we were enjoying the space, it didn’t give a great first impression. One major thing was that the sheets on two of the beds had some left behind hairs in them, granted we understand that they may have been due to the cleaning process, we would have liked to have some replacement linens available. We did mention the sheets and were told that they’d look into having someone bring fresh ones but they never arrived. I understand that we booked during a holiday week so it’s possible the cleaning team weren’t available but it’s unfortunate that there weren’t spares on-site to change ourselves. Overall we did have a lovely time and would come back, but encourage the cleaning team take some extra care in the future.
