Chalet 23 - Resort Access w/ Private Spa & Sauna

Nice and relaxing environment. The hot tub was close to the cottage and that was nice and convenient considering we were going into it during the winter. The beds were comfy, which is always a necessity for me. Lots of seating available and in the warmer months the outdoor sheltered seating area would be lovely. I couldn’t find the sugar, and there was only one pouch of coffee for the coffee maker, but there was some instant coffee. There were no pods for the nespresso machine, or at least none that I could find. I’ve never dealt with automated messages for any of my Airbnbs. They were efficient and proactive and there was a 1-800 number to call, I just didn’t know how responsive they would be. Fortunately I did not need any assistance so all was good. I was pleased with my stay and will consider this place for my next get away

Le chalet est vraiment magnifique de même que le lieu. Nous avons apprécié le spa, le sauna et la raquette. Toutefois, compte tenu du prix payé, nous nous serions attendus à ce que les divans soient en meilleur état. Ils sont très usés et ont même des patchs. Les lits queens étaient très confortables contrairement aux lits jumeaux qui eux ne l'étaient pas. Du bois additionnels auraient été apprécié. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à fermer la porte arrière du chalet. Malgré tout le séjour fut agréable. Merci et bonne journée

The cabin was perfect for our family. Outside was very cold but the hot tub was hot and the cabin was cozy and warm. The location within the "resort" was perfect but still maintains excellent privacy. We would highly recommend! Patrick was a great host with excellent communication.

Relaxing resort style atmosphere. Beautiful chalet fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment needed. Organized use of the water sport equipment. Great pools!

The chalet was excellent! Very clean! Communication was lacking. Instructions on locking the door and using the keypad were not there. We had to figure it out. Also, instructions on turning on the AC were nowhere. My husband found a remote control and that’s how we figured out how to use it. I did feel like we got scripted responses to questions. More details on how things worked would be helpful. We used the chalet as a base to explore Montreal and Quebec City. We took the train from Montreal to Quebec City and stayed one night there. My daughter and I did paddle board on the lake at the resort and used the indoor pool. The paddle boards down by the lake could use some updating. We did enjoy the hot tub several evenings at the chalet. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking needs. I would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in that area again.

Ce fut un séjour des plus agréable. La maison était parfaite pour nous. Cependant nous aurions apprécié avoir plus de débarboullettes .Si je peut me permettre une suggestion , installer un ventillateur de plafond dans le solarium car même avec 4 a 5 fenêtres ouvertes il fesait chaud et on est juste en juin . Sinon tout ètait tres bien . Nous avons apprécié s.Merci et a une prochaine j'espère.

Endroit idéale pour se reposer si on reste au chalet. Nous n’avons pas utilisé les endroits où il y avait les activités, car notre but était de se reposer.

We just got back from a lovely week at Chalet 23! Set in the stunning Laurentians, this beautiful and cozy log chalet is perfect for family time in front of the fire and conveniently located just a short drive away from various ski hills and charming towns and has access to great amenities including the pool at the main lodge, skating rink etc. Patrick was super responsive and answered all questions we had promptly. Wonderful stay!

So warm and cozy that we felt at home as soon as we arrived! Everything so clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed the fireplace, the barbecue and the hot tub !Thank you very much for such a beautiful chalet!Will definitely come back!

Expérience très décevante, loin de la qualité habituelle du domaine. Dès l’arrivée, la serrure à code ne fonctionnait pas. Par chance, la porte arrière était déverrouillée, évitant un vrai problème. Autre surprise: les photos montraient un sauna à côté du spa, absent sur place. L’hôte prétend que le domaine n’en dispose plus et qu’il n’a pas eu le temps de mettre à jour les photos, alors que le sauna a été retiré depuis plus de 6 mois. De plus, plusieurs chalets voisins en possèdent encore, ce qui contredit son explication. La gestion a manqué de réactivité: j’ai dû relancer pour qu’une solution soit proposée, mais aucune compensation n’a été offerte. L’entretien était insuffisant: cheminée non nettoyée, sciure présente, et barbecue inutilisable car les brûleurs étaient encrassés, frustrant alors que nous avions prévu des repas au BBQ. Déception d’autant plus grande que j’avais toujours eu d’excellentes expériences ici et voulais faire découvrir l’endroit à des amis venus de l’étranger

I absolutely love it . We had issues with the water but were move to another beautiful cabin. It didnt fit our needs and was then moved back asap to our original cabin. Im so happy with the service i get here every year (15year). I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone i meet. Cant wait to go back next year

Le chalet est conforme aux photos , spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, le rêve d être dans ce chalet typique, isolé dans la forêt enneigée ( Noël 2024) , dans un complexe resort, mais les chalets sont très espacés les uns des autres

Le chalet est fantastique! Sejour absolument merveilleux! Nous etions 6 Dans le chalet ( 2 enfants et 4 adultes) et le chalet etait parfait en terme de taille. Patrick est UN hote charmant qui cherche a aide et nous accomoder. Il repond tres rapidement et est tres proactif. Nous avons adore Notre sejour et esperons retourner bientot a fiddler! Très propre Toutes les commodités sont là (télé, vaisselle, articles de toilette, etc) La raison pour laquelle j'ai donné 4* est que l'eau du spa n'était pas très belle et que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Autrement tout était parfait! Nous avons apprécié le feu extérieur avec la température automnale.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The place is very charming, clean, quiet and safe. The property management team is very organized and helpful too.

Our 2nd year visiting. The home is in a very quiet and private location. We enjoy the single story layout with plenty of room. A great outdoor gathering area. We enjoy the fireplace and cooking each morning and night. Another excellent stay.

The place was nice, but there are a few things that stops me from recommending anyone from booking this cabin. 1. The bed in the secondary room is extremely uncomfortable, you'd be better off sleeping on the floor than on that bed. It was so bad that our friends decided to leave after 1 night (we booked for 3 days). 2. Do not expect to watch a game at night there, you will barely get any TV reception. We kept losing the signal from the TV channels and the radio channels which made it a very frustrating experience. 3. The cabin is part of a resort, but you will not get any service from that resort because that cabin isn't owned by them. I get this and it makes sense, but what doesn't make sense is that renting directly from the resort would actually have been cheaper.

Our family was happy there. Beds were comfortable. Open space was ideal. Snow covered pins trees magical. But we arrived just after the power had been restored and there was an immediate need to attend to the problems at hand. There was no instruction booklet that we could consult to restart the water pump and turn off the beeping alarm. With the wifi not working for the entire 4 days we emailed the manager using our data. I was put in contact with the handyman who drove to the chalet. It was an easy fix that could have easily been taken care of had there been a “welcome booklet” with important information. Everything was done by email. Had we not had our data we would have been very much effected. Again the importance of a booklet, the 2nd power outage had us scrambling to find more fire wood due to another power outage the next day. Again, an email was sent. So much wasted time and energy on Christmas for information that could and should have been included in writing in the chalet for easy electronic free access. The kitchen was not full equipped. It was adequate. The dish washer was unsecure from its intallation, tipping forward when the rack was pulled out. Cutlery rack had big holes in the bottom. Bamboo cutting board should be thrown out.

10 min of the Morin Heights ski station, 20 min from St-Saveur, snowshoe trails access less then 100 m; we had a great time, the cabin was perfectly clean, beds and pillows comfortable and nothing like a nap by the fireplace after ski and spa.

Listing was an accurate description. Location was lovely.

The place was nice! They only things we didn’t like was that the furniture needs to updated. The couches were ripped and the chairs for the dining table 2 were broken. The mattress were not comfortable!

This chalet is conveniently located close to Morin Heights and Saint Sauveur. The home is well laid out with all the amenities needed for a few days stay. Comfortable beds for the most part, a few extra towels would have been nice. But there are laundry facilities so that’s a bonus. Hot tub was great- sauna unavailable however we knew it wasn’t working before we arrived. There were issues with electrical outlets which finally got resolved but the Wifi did not work at all. Not critical to our stay but it was listed in the rental info. It’s a nice cozy place. To relax and unwind after skiing, snowshoeing or skating- all which are available within a short drive. As an aside, excellent restaurants in both Morin Heights and St Sauveur. Thanks for hosting us at your beautiful spot.

Great little log cabin to relax and enjoy the woods. Close 10 minute drive to Morin Heights/ St. Sauveur for skiing/snowboarding. Perfect amenities.

This property is so close to Montreal, but feels like it’s in a different world. We had a wonderful time away— enjoyed the hot tub; screened porch with comfortable chairs for lounging; a kitchen with all basic pots and plans, plus a coffee maker, grinder for beans, Keurig, and a nespresso. The cabin is close to the lodge, which is convenient for swimming, kayaking, and sports. We highly encourage as much lake swimming as possible in the cool, clean lake. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely spot. Dishwasher needs replacing, but we finally managed to make it work. Kids loved it. Appreciated the Ev charging station too!

Bedroom furniture needs replacing (lumpy mattress and frame makes a terribly loud noise if you move) but otherwise a great place to relax and enjoy. Resort amenities were excellent. Cabin was spotless.

Super séjour au chalet Lapin 23 ! L’endroit était super bien aménagé et le spa fort agréable. C’est un beau lieu pour se retrouver en petite famille et prendre du repos. Patrick était super rapide pour nous donner toutes les infos nécessaires.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. All bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The AC was perfect especially since it’s a wall unit you never know if it’s going to keep the entire place cool but it did the job. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Das Ferienhaus liegt malerisch inmitten eines Waldes, was eine ruhige und entspannende Atmosphäre bietet. Das umliegende Grün und die Nähe zur Natur machen es zu einem idealen Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber. Direkt vor dem Haus kann man Wildtiere wie Rehe und Murmeltiere beobachten, was ein besonderes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war. Das Haus selbst ist eine charmante Blockhütte. Die großen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und bieten eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Wald. Es gibt ausreichend Platz sowohl drinnen als auch draußen, um sich zu entspannen und die Natur zu genießen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist modern und funktional, und es gibt bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten sowohl im Wohnbereich als auch draußen auf der Terrasse. Insgesamt war bisher unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

This is my third time staying at this beautiful property, and I can’t wait to go again! The kitchen is well equipped (approbation from my husband, who’s a Chef), and we loved that it also has a BBQ outdoors. On our second day, a gentle snowfall transformed the landscape into a peaceful and romantic scene, with the fire dancing in the chimney adding to the ambiance. The next day, there was a power outage, and Patrick sent us some water and extra wood for the fireplace. Communicating with Patrick is always a breeze. Every time that I have communicated with him, he always responded quickly, offering great solutions and accommodating our requests. I have worked for many 5-star hotels around the world, so my expectations are high, and Patrick has always known to exceed them. Thank you again for making our stay memorable! See you soon!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce chalet. Composé de 3 chambres dont une avec sa propre salle de bain (baignoire), plus une autre salle de bain avec douche. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout se qu'il faut pour préparer les repas. Le cadre est très paisible, vue sur la nature, un vrai havre de paix, avec le feu qui crépite dans la cheminée...juste parfait !! A l'extérieur se trouvent le SPA, le BBQ, ainsi qu'une véranda d'été, idéale pour prendre les repas à l'extérieur, protégée par des moustiquaires. Le chalet était très propre et bien préparé pour notre arrivée, très bien entretenu. Pour rebondir sur un commentaire précédant concernant le problème de serrure, si celle-ci ne s'ouvre pas, après avoir composé le code, il suffit juste de tirer la porte vers soi, et cela fonctionne parfaitement. Patrick est un hôte très sympathique est réactif, les explications sont très claires, vraiment facile à trouver. Seul gros point négatif : difficile de partir 😜

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Avec 2 jeunes enfants le fait de ne pas avoir d’escaliers c’était merveilleux! Tout était parfait pour de jeunes enfants!! L’endroit était propre, Patrick communiquait rapidement avec nous et que dire du site! C’était incroyable et nous avons tous adoré! Nous recommandons à tous!

- The house is nice with a beautiful landscape view, and it's quite comfortable. - However, we encountered some issues during our stay. The lock on the door didn't work properly, and it left us stuck outside during a hike, which was frustrating, especially in the cold weather. - Additionally, we requested an early check-in of just 2 hours, considering that there were no bookings the day before, which is a common request worldwide. Unfortunately, they accepted it but at an extra fee, which I found disappointing given the already high rate and the fact that other accommodations usually accommodate such requests without extra charges. Overall, the service left me somewhat disappointed. - sona was not working which was specified but for the price and the fact that early checkin was not possible kinda added a bitte taste to the experience

We visit this chalet for a 3rd time and it won't be last. The service is always great. There are many acitivities outside of the resort that people can enjoy or even just walk around the lake is super fun. It corresponds to the images. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing experience in this Airbnb! The place was exactly as expected. Absolutely loved the area, the fall scenery was gorgeous. All the amenities included made the place so much more worth it. The place came with an outdoor firepit, a sauna, and a hot tub which had its own room. Patrick was a great host! He provided us with bath towels and hand towels, soaps to wash dishes, plates, utensils, and dishes. The Airbnb was very clean once we walked in, you could tell that he up keeps the chalet very well. I would totally recommend and go back to spend another weekend up north.

Très beau chalet très propre. Super emplacement pour la famille. Chapeau à l’équipe de ménage et d’entretien! Cependant, l’eau du spa devrait être vidé. Vraiment beaucoup de mousse (plus d’un pied de mousse) et des émanations très fortes qui brûlent les yeux. Nous n’avons donc pas pu l’utiliser. L’air climatisé était au maximum. Le chalet était à 16 degrés. Nous n’avons pas réussi à parler à quelqu’un avant le midi suivant notre arrivée. J’ai du retrouvé la compagnie de location et leur écrire plusieurs fois sur messenger avant d’avoir une réponse. (aucun moyen pour les contacter via téléphone… nous tombons directement sur un message enregistré). L’homme d’entretien est super efficace! Il est arrivé en 5 minutes et a réglé le problème de l’air climatisé et a fait son possible pour le spa. (Le contrôle (manette) de l’air était au mauvais code). Il manque également beaucoup d’explications. Vous devriez avoir un manuel pour expliquer le fonctionnement des électroménagers, spa ainsi qu’un plan du site.

This was just fabulous this cottage is really nice and peaceful Even though we had no electricity for 1 night due to high winds and hydro issues they made sure we were ok and gave us what we needed to make us comfortable. A for sure place we will go back. Great hosts and communication

Ce chalet était merveilleux. Grand, très propre, confortable. Nous avons profité du foyer au bois (je recommande de se procurer des sacs de bûches avant de s'y rendre car il y a une quantité limitée incluse). Note aux Netflixeux - la télévision n'est pas intelligente, mais accès à plusieurs canaux sur shawdirect. Contient tout le nécessaire en cuisine pour préparer les repas, et coin repas très grand avec une ambiance chaleureuse et agréable. Nous y retournerons sans faute, merci pour ce beau séjour!

How lovely to arrive to this darling cabin in the woods to find it decorated for the holidays and soft holiday music creating a festive ambience. Comfortable beds. Clean and crisp linens. Well-equipped kitchen. Well-kept property. We greatly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace: there's nothing quite like that. (Fire wood is available for purchase at the IGA in Morin Heights and RONA in Saint Sauveur.) Single complaint related to the internet going "down" for the duration of our stay because of severe wind storm which damaged internet towers nearby. Nothing the host could have done. Overall a relaxing stay.

Patrick is an excellent host! He made himself available for any inquiries we might have and shared all necessary information to make our stay the most enjoyable! The property and chalet were very clean, well kept and comfortable. Look and feel of a 5 star resort! We plan on being return guests!

The cabin was beautiful but the hosting was ok. All the soaps in showers and sinks were empty. there were 3 towels for 6 guests. the hot tub was away over chlorinated and kinda scummy. The remote for the A/C did not work. The host did their best to come on site and fix the issues.

Clean and beautiful home. We enjoyed making s’mores and hanging out in the hot tub. The lake is few minutes away to walk to. Would stay here again.
