We loved staying at this home with our 3 teenage boys. Everyone had their own space, plus lots of room to hang out and play pool, watch tv, enjoy the fire, and soak in the hot tub. The sauna and steam room were an amazing bonus as was the gas fireplace by the bedside. Kitchen was well appointed to enjoy meals. The view of Mont Tremblant is spectacular and it was a short drive to the less-busy north side for skiing. We also went night skiing at St Sauveur and night skating through the woods at Le Grand Lodge. We felt right at home and would love to return and share the experience with others! Thank you for thinking through the details so we could enjoy every second of our winter getaway!

Fantastic stay for a girls getaway! We had a couple of question on how to use certain things and none of us where familiar with gas powered stove and fireplace but answers were sent immediately! Beautiful chalet.

Had a great stay. Cool house with great amenities (hot tub, dry sauna, steam shower, pool table, games). Beautiful location. Host was clear and responsive on all questions. Driveway was sanded repeatedly while we were there. Only comment is that the bathrooms are a little unusual but we made it work.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet, qui offre une vue magnifique et un cadre idéal pour se détendre. Le logement est conforme à la description et bien équipé. Nous avons toutefois rencontré un souci avec des souris, ainsi qu'une forte odeur persistante dans la cuisine. Nous en avons informé l'hôte et espérons que cela pourra être réglé rapidement pour le confort des prochains visiteurs. Mis à part cela, l’expérience a été globalement positive.

We had a fantastic stay! The chalet is exactly as pictured and the view is phenomenal. The amenities worked perfectly and we were provided with all the essentials. There are great restaurants close by and we weren’t far from the village. A perfect location and we’ll definitely be going back there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was exactly what we were looking for peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful views. The outdoor amenities, including the fire pit and barbecue, made our evenings especially enjoyable. We also loved spending time in the hot tub and relaxing on the savannah it really added to the experience.The house itself is comfortable and well laid out. The rooms were cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout.

Le logement a de belles qualités et une bonne localisation, mais notre séjour a été perturbé par plusieurs désagréments importants. À notre arrivée, le code d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui nous a retardés — d’autant plus que nous avions payé un supplément pour une arrivée anticipée… dont nous n’avons finalement pas pu profiter pleinement. Le sous-sol présentait des souillures probablement liée à un refoulement d’égouts dans le passé qui n’a pas été nettoyé, ce qui rendait les lieux malpropres. Un des lits n’avait pas été nettoyé correctement (présence de poils), et l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas durant tout le séjour, ce qui a fortement affecté notre confort. Le lundi matin, le service d’entretien de la pelouse est arrivé à 7h45, réveillant tout le monde avec la tondeuse. Nous espérons que ces éléments seront corrigés pour offrir une meilleure expérience aux futurs voyageurs.

Gorgeous cottage located in a densely wooded area. All the amenities are accessible and nearby, with plenty of activities and hiking trails. The cottage is very well equipped and the host maintains it very well.

We were a party of 10 and stayed for 2 nights. Everyone was extremely happy with the chalet. The chalet is beautiful. The spa/sauna/steam room was amazing. The view was spectacular and watching the sunset over the mountains was once in a lifetime. The BBQ was new and in perfect condition. The firepit was a wonderful addition to the night setting. There were a few hurdles with the check in process, but Patrick offered great support and everything was resolved quickly. As a group we were very happy with the accommodations and location. We absolutely recommend this chalet, and we will definitely be back.

My family and friends had a great time at this property. We tend to book large cottages periodically through the year and this was one of our faves. The space was clean and the views of the tremblant mountain were breathtaking. The pool table, hottub, 2 saunas, fire pit were lovely additions to the stay even if we didn’t get to use all the amenities. We will definitely be back.

Patrick and his team were very helpful in handling the few hiccups that were out of anybody’s immediate control with winter weather etc. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the warmer months. My only suggestion would be to bring your own Tupperware or foil for covering food, and maybe an extra roll of paper towel as there were only 2 dish rags available.

Fantastic cabin, especially for skiers. For a large group you can’t beat the price or the views.

The Lac Superior house fit our two families of 5 people (4 adults and 6 kids) very nicely. The space was good to share, the kitchen was fine to cook meals, and the open living room space was nice. We loved the fireplace and the large dining room table. We would also say the house needs much maintenance and care - the key code lock was not working so we need to call the company for the back up to enter the property, the BBQ was not cleaned and only a few burners worked, the living room chairs pleather finish is peeling, a glass pane was broken in the door to the foyer, a cabinet door was completely missing in the kitchen, a few lightbulbs were out, batteries were missing from a remote control to the tv, a curtain rod falls down when trying to open the curtains. Its a functional house, but these small things add up to the overall quality of the stay and ultimately detract from the level of the house.

Overall we had good time. BBQ needs to be changed as it wasn’t working 100% and looks very old. The paper towel on the kitchen counter were chewed up which I believe was done by mice. My daughter got hair bugs following our stay.

Our family stayed Here for a week This place is very private the houses are far from each other. We used the hot-tub, it was nice and warm, sauna and steam room worked very nicely, the master bedroom view was amazing, really just like the pictures. A few things, The 2 single chairs fabric was falling apart. And also the mice in the kitchen. The mice would not eat anything that was in the cabinets so my recommendation is to make sure no food is out at the end of the night and all stored away. And also just as a precaution to wash the silverware and dishwater before your first night. The fridge water does not dispense, the tap water is ok to drink but if you are worried at all I would recommend to bring a filter water pitcher. Also there r only 2 real showers u can use, bottom floor and master bedroom. During the winter they do plow the road, if you are renting a car I would still recommend to rent a 4WD car. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay, I would come back again!

What a perfect get away! We traveled in October, and it turned out to be during peak autumn colours in the mountains. It was just a perfect place for us to connect and charge our batteries. There are no neighbours so we could enjoy expansive views from windows without fear of people looking in. And steam room was a wonderful surprise. Thank you, Patrick. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Very nice and clean, good view from chalet. The only complaint I have is the check-in, I never received any information until I called two phone number to reach them. Other than that we had fun time in this place.

We had a great time in Tremblant. Patrick was very accommodating and we would rent from him again.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are well decorated, private and large enough for queen size beds, additional seating and bath tubs and/or showers in the rooms. The pool table was a fun add in. When we arrived shortly before 4:00 (check in) the cleaners were still cleaning the property. After they left we found a ping pong ball in a plant. There were dried noodles on the dining table and chairs. A dirty beer glass on the fireplace mantel. A dirty ashtray was put into the dishwasher and the dishwasher was overloaded so nothing was cleaned and had ashes all over them so we had to rewash all the dishes. The floors were not washed. The BBQ would not light. On the last day we found a book under a plant in another room with a list of instructions for the property. It would be beneficial to have that book on the kitchen counter or somewhere more visible. There were not enough plates or utensils for more than five guests. And the dishes that were available were mostly chipped. There was food left behind in the fridge from a previous guest. There was ground beef in the freezer and Kiwi's in the fridge. The property was listed as smoke free however there were cigarette butts around the hot tub. The hot tub needed cleaning as well. Despite the issues with the cleaning staff we LOVED the location, it was absolutely breathtaking, we would absolutely return for another weekend. A perfect location for a girls spa retreat weekend. The property manager was very friendly, accommodating and responded to inquiries quickly. There was plenty of parking, towels for the hot tub and felt very safe.

The property had everything you ever wanted for a nice ski trip. On top of the hill, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, beautiful master bedroom view. The drive to the skiing area is about 28 minutes.

Thoroughly enjoyed this location. Far enough from the city that you feel it’s properly private, but close enough that running for groceries isn’t a chore. Great views, great amenities, and a general serene location.

The view was absolutely amazing. The hot tub sauna and steam shower were a huge plus. The pool table was very nice but there was only one cue with a tip. The house is need of repairs though. The refrigerator has many broken parts including the water dispenser so there’s no filtered water. The couches in the living room are worn/ripped. Finally we had mice in the house not a huge surprise in the middle of the woods, but the problem was they left us for over 3 days to deal with it ourselves and stopped responding at one point. I’ve never given less that 5 stars before and I’m not a picky person but the leaving us to deal with the mice ourselves when it was a huge sanitary issue for so many days I couldn’t give 5 stars.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le chalet. Il a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Le logement était très propre, grand, confortable et surtout la vue était incroyable! Parfait endroit pour échapper à la grande ville et passer un moment relaxant. La seule chose qui à été plus difficile c’est, au moment de mettre le code sur la porte, un chiffre ne fonctionnait pas très bien donc la porte ne voulait pas s’ouvrir, nous avons alors rapidement appelé le numéro fourni en cas d’urgence et ils ont rapidement répondu et nous ont aidé à rentrer dans le logement!

Tres bon séjour, la vue est très belle, le sauna et hamam un reel plus, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour!

Patrick’s place is just like the photos! Perfectly situated as it’s close to both Mont Blanc and Mont Tremblant so we had the option to ski on both mountains. Patrick is very responsive and even provided us with additional dish ware when asked. The sauna and jacuzzi made it even better, so relaxing!

Patrick was super communicative and his place was beautiful and relaxing! The sauna / hot tub was such a highlight for our stay!

This place was BEAUTIFUL. Was the perfect quick get away. Felt like it was home away from home. I had read previous reviews …. With negative posts. All of which I did not agree to be true. Lots of kitchenette stuff. Everything worked. Hot tub was clean. We had more then enough toilet paper. Towels. Garbage bags. Everything about this stay was perfect. Probably one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while. ( my boyfriend and I shared the master bedroom ) the bed was so comfortable. We will absolutely be back ! Thank you for the experience .

Just got back from spending 4 nights at this lovely cabin. Best way to leave a review is to break it down between the Pros and Cons. Pros + Pristine bed sheets + Spotless cleaning of the cabin + Beautiful decor + Great amenities (Steam room, sauna, hot tub, pool table etc) + Incredible views! + Our host was quick to answer + Comfy beds and pillows Cons - Kitchen was poorly stocked for a 5 bedroom cabin - two slightly larger bowls, no wine opener, no aluminum foil, only two rolls of very thin paper towel, two pods for the dishwasher (we were 5 adults and a baby staying for 4 nights and there was a sign asking us to conserve water) - we couldn't get the lights in the sauna or the steam room to turn on. I flagged this to Patrick and he was quick to respond asking if we were ok for someone to come drop off new bulbs. Unfortunately no ETA was provided and we must have missed the individual. The bulbs were dropped off but we were unable to change them due to some screws

A beautiful home and very clean.

The place was absolutely beautiful! The valley views in fall were like a sea of yellow / orange trees - just stunning and worth the 6 hour drive from Toronto. The nature and biodiversity around was amazing and we saw a couple of deers right outside our cabin! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family and hope to visit again in the future!

모든 것이 훌륭했고, 시설도 사진과 동일하고 깨끗했어요. 부모님. 7세 자녀. 온가족이 왔는데 모두다 만족했습니다~ 침구 수건 모두 깨끗했고, 청소상태도 좋았습니다. 바베큐 가스교환이 안되서 요청드렸는데 바로 와서 해주셨습니다.정말고마웠습니다. 아쉬운점은 후라이팬이 너무 낡아서 사용할수없다는점과 바베큐기기의 청소가 안되어있다는 겁니다. 그치만 모든 부분이 너무좋아서 그정도는 이해합니다. 정말 모든것이 좋았습니다! 덕분에 즐겁게 지내다 왔습니다.

Exactly as pictured. Stayed with just my husband. The master has AMAZING views and was well decorated. Pool table and hot tub were wonderful. Private area. I would make sure you have a good car to get up the driveway as it is dirt and pretty steep. Pros: Nicely decorated, views, plenty of space, amenities Cons: I wish the living room had a couch or comfier chairs. We had a couple rain days and wanted to watch some movies but not really a place to sit that was comfy.

Professional host, beautiful place. The area was convenient to access grocery, restaurant and the Tremblant village. The pool table was wonderful for a family to hang out for a rainy day. This is an amazing cottage to stay with your guests! Came here as a group of 10 and enjoyed staying in Canada Day longs weekend — even with the heavy rain! The views were gorgeous and the space and in cottage activities left us with much to enjoy. Many great memories were made here in Patrick’s Airbnb!

Phenomenal sunset views! Home was very clean and comfortable. Sauna and steam room with shower were both super rare added touches- loved it! Plenty of towels. Wish there had been more smaller spoons and some maintenance had been handled before we arrived. There were a handful of items that a handyman could knock out. For instance, we weren’t able to use the shower in the master bedroom as the door was broken and lying to the side when we arrived. Their team responded to us quickly when we let them know. Fireplace in master never turned on. Temps were in 50s. One other thing- the resources at the house were on the whole weighted more towards how to behave properly rather than equipping you to have a good time. Very heavy signage on limiting water use.

Patrick’s place was incredible. We were looking for a peaceful getaway outside of the city to relax and enjoy nature— his place did not disappoint. Not only is it beautiful, but the house features everything you would need for a zen, scadanavian-esque, retreat. Patrick was also very responsive and offered support for all questions. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Les photographies sont relativement explicites : difficile de se lasser d'une telle vue ! Le chalet était très propre, relativement spacieux, et pouvait largement accueillir 10 personnes, tout en leur permettant un maximum d’intimité et de calme. La literie était de très bonne qualité, et c'est assez rare pour le mentionner. Bien que nous ayons pu nous débrouiller, la cuisine nécessiterait cependant un inventaire pour assurer un minimum d’ustensiles et de "basics" à disposition des invités, ainsi qu'une vérification du fonctionnement du BBQ qui nous a donné du fil à retordre. A noter que le chemin d’accès au chalet est assez pentu, et se monte relativement bien en SUV. La communication avec Patrick a été très facile, et nous avons grandement apprécié sa rapidité de réponse et sa flexibilité ! Globalement, nous avons passé un super séjour et nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir à l'occasion d'un passage dans la région !

Magical location and views. Great stay for families. Rooms are big, bright, elegant, clean and modern. The hot tup and sauna were just perfect addition. Lots of activities in the area especially Plage municipale. Highlight recommended ! Patrick was a great host .

We had a lovely time here. Patrick is very helpful and responsive. The views, Saunas and hot tub made the whole experience! The area is fairly remote— we went there specifically for a relaxing two nights, and that’s what it was! As noted in other reviews the kitchen is a bit sparse, but we were able to make due without issue! I would recommend asking about specific needs before you go if you are particular! Overall a beautiful home, with lots to keep you busy, and an unbeatable view!

Patrick’s place was fantastic. Just what we needed after long days and hours of work, a family vacation was very much appreciated. The jacuzzi was great I loved jumping in the snow after. The master bedroom had an amazing view. Just make sure if you’re barbecuing to ask if there’s gas because we had planned to barbecue like real quebecers mid winter and there was no propane we had to pick up a can ourselves which was refunded by Patrick. He ensured our satisfaction as any great host would. Much appreciated.

What a view! That master bedroom is a DREAM! Very nice layout for a group, loved what I called the "spa" wing with the outdoor hot tub on the deck then steam shower and sauna, each with big windows. I can imagine a large family or group enjoying the space. Patrick was very responsive to messages and all the instructions were clear. Linens and pillows were very nice. For me, the only thing missing was a comfy sofa. The living room didn't have a couch (had 2 club chairs) and a small loveseat off to the side but I would have loved to cuddle up on one by the fire with the views.

The view was spectacular. we enjoyed the steam room and sauna. plenty of space for the family. The owner was extremely responsive and even messaged us regarding a snow storm in the area the day before checking in.

It is an amazing place! Nice decorations, beautiful master bedroom.. totally private backyard! The place prepared perfectly, clean and tidy. We enjoyed spending time in the house and surrounding areas.. Patrick is a nice host. He has been very helpful. I wish the kitchen was more equipped. Also the bathtub performance would be improved. Other than that everything was perfect!

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at Patrick’s place with family. It is a beautiful chalet and the pictures reflect the gorgeous view and lovely layout. We really enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna combo. It is a perfect location to relax and enjoy fires, meals around the large table and the sunset from the deck. If you have particular cooking plans in mind, it would be worth checking in advance to make sure the kitchen tools you need are available on site.

Very disappointing experience. When you rent a higher end cottage, you expect higher quality of services. The place had mice excrement everywhere and found one dead in the cupboards.

Great house! Amazing location, stocked with everything you need. The wet and dry sauna is my favorite place in this house! Very quiet place, a private road, and still very close to major points of interest. I 100% recommend it!

This cottage is a dream! It feels like heaven. My husband and I had a lovely time for our anniversary. This was definitely one of our favourite air b n b’s that we’ve been to. We will definitely be back with more people and maybe in the winter next time. This cottage is very private too which is very nice :) and the views are amazing!!

Everything is as described. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. If planning to cook, kitchen is missing lots of basic items. Stove is gas.

Spectacular home and location.

This is one of the best places I’ve been to. The beds were very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed the steam room, sauna, and the jacuzzi. The best part was the amazing view we had while making s’mores! Patrick was very quick to reply to all our inquiries. Would love to come again in the future!

The only feedback I have is that I wish there were more cooking/serving dishes - the cottage hosts a lot of people but there were missing a few things to cook for that amount of people. Great place, great view. Super Private and close to Tremblant's north side, which we discovered is amazing for lift access. Parked probably 100 feet from lifts each day. Whole family loved it. Would 100% love to return.

The cottage is exactly as described. The views of the mountains are incredible and the hot tub & saunas were very relaxing after a day of skiing. We had an amazing stay!

Fantastic chalet. Great views, a feeling of seclusion and yet in close proximity to both downhill and cross country skiing. The sauna, steam room and hot tub offered a great spa experience after a day of skiing. Our family and friends are already making plans to return.

Absolutely loved staying at this chalet. View of the mountain is stunning! Very clean and the steam and sauna rooms are amazing! Would definitely stay again! Only thing is there are no pans to cook in the oven and the oven is a little tricky to use! Also no scissors in the kitchen cutlery. Apart from those minor things everything was excellent! Patrick answered any messages very quickly which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyable trip and such a wonderful and amazing place.

The view and locations is great. However, during our stay several of the amenities had issues that needed to be addressed (ie. BBQ did not fully work, most of the dishware was dirty, vaccum did not work, not all the ranges worked on the stove top). The fridge did stop working, but it was addressed immediately and a repair man was sent. For the cost of this cottage, some of these items need to be addressed before future guests come. They offered 50% of our first night in lieu of the inconvenience which was appreciated; however, for the time spent dealing with the fridge and the spoiled food we had hoped from a Superhost we would be fully refunded for the first night. Overall, the experience of staying at this cottage was just okay.

This place is absolutely stunning. Perfect getaway. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to go back again.

This house is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The house is well-stocked, very clean and extremely comfortable. It is close enough to amenities as to be convenient, but remote enough to allow for quiet enjoyment. We were there at the peak of the fall colour change and beauty was to be seen from each window. However, the view that stood out the most was from the back porch down the valley. It was looking at a painting. The host was professional, friendly and quick to respond to all questions. I will definitely be returning to this property the next time I visit the Mont Tremblant area.

Beautiful home, well stocked, great location, beautiful views. We especially loved the spa amenities (Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) and the breath-taking views from the master bedroom. Patrick was very responsive and quickly took care of issues. Bring wood if you're planning to use the fireplace, as it is not provided with rental.

What a beautiful chalet. Who doesn’t want to wake up and sit and drink their coffee in the swing to that view! The perfect weekend away with the kids. The perfect place to go and feel spoiled. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent amenities, the sauna and the steam room was perfect. Just don't forgot to bring your own eucalyptus for a better experience in the saunas. The cottage's kitchen was fully functional and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The fireplace was great and one bag of logs was provided. I bought 3 more to enjoy that amazing fireplace.

Patrick’s place was amazing, even better than in the pictures. The sauna, steam room and jaccuzi were all functional and very appreciated. Master bedroom view is out of this world! Would definitely recommend!

I can’t write enough good things about this place! The mountainous view from the bedrooms, living room and hot tub are beyond spectacular. The house itself was very clean, well equipped, and excellently located near hiking trails, skating rinks, a waterfall, skiing and tubing hills. Patrick was quick to reply to my messages and was always extremely helpful and friendly.

Very nice and beautiful place!

From the moment we stepped in we were blown away from this beautiful chalet up top of the hill. Views of the natural landscape and mountains were amplified from the wall to wall windows of master bedroom. The chalet is very well maintained and clean, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, sauna, steam room and an outdoor jacuzzi, the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom was an added bonus! Not a fan of the Keureg coffee machine so we brought our own percolator. We had booked for three nights and decided to stay one more night. It was exactly what we were looking for, quite and secluded. We will definitely return, but next time we’ll book for a week!

Amazing place super clean and well maintained, secluded from everything around and the combination of sauna/spa was wonderful. Also, you must not forget waking up to a nice view of the surrounding mountains is a very nice feeling.

It's a luxurious space with an unbeatable view, especially from the bed in the master bedroom. Direct access to snowshoe trails from the front door. Short drive down to Lac Superieur for supplies. Great chalet.

The chalet is beautiful. The master bedroom has a great view and the little hanging swing was a great corner to relax. Felt like being in a private spa with the two saunas and hot tub and multiple bathtubs. The kitchen was great too for cooking meals. All in all a great weekend with lovely custom decorative touches throughout the chalet.

The photos truly do not do this chalet justice! Our family had a wonderful time here and enjoyed the amenities very much. The only things that held us back from a 5-star rating were the small details, which we feel are at the core of a 5-star. The deck, hot tub and bbq had to be dug out of snow upon arrival, as did the fire pit. We also felt that it would have been nice to have the fire pit chairs set out and some complimentary fire wood - maybe enough for one fire. While functional, we found the oven quite difficult to light and the propane knob on the bbq frozen upon arrival. All this being said, the beauty of the chalet truly makes up for it. We would absolutely recommend.

A beautiful location, gorgeous house and great amenities. Spent a week here with my small social circle for my birthday and we took advantage of the spa-like amenities, wonderful kitchen, and nearby outdoor trails. Quick responses for questions we had, the place is as beautiful as the photos, and thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace. Oh, and the sunsets!

This was an absolutely breathtaking home that my friends and I are already planning on booking again. It was an absolutely perfect weekend with stunning views, beautiful spa and hot tub and comfortable bedrooms. A perfect spot for groups of couples or families. Lots of privacy and space between the bedrooms! We will definitely be back!

Once we saw the photos of the place, we really liked it and considering the rental cost (1200$/night including taxes, service fees, cleaning fees), we were expecting a 5-star stay. But right after we made the decision to make the reservation, a number of surprises came up:  1- The place has 5 bedrooms and welcomes 10 guests, but at the checkout there was a considerable extra charge for beyond 4 guests. Using airbnb messaging system (as the only way to communicate with Patrick), we agreed on a number to pay for over 4 people-stay, but when there was a charge on airbnb, it was 20% beyond what we agreed. 2- There was no direction to the cottage and for 20 minutes we struggled in a hike-road right before the entrance.   3- Once we entered the place, we all felt that the pictures were over presenting the real place. The place was sort of clean, but for sure the cleaning fee was not deserved: wet towels in the dryer, 4 coffee capsules only for 6 people for two nights, toilet papers were so limited. 4- and lastly, no water supply during the checkout morning.  After all, the place is nice if you are okay to pay large bills with no question and expect a nice view in a cottage with a great marketing team behind it.

The photos of this place are amazing and I can tell you that in reality its even better! The cottage was professionally cleaned. The views from the main bedroom are spectacular and the fall colours were overwhelmingly beautiful. Completely secluded as you will not see or hear any neighbours. There are beautiful hiking trails (and some falls) less than a 5 minute drive away. The cottage was better and bigger than we expected (and we had very high expectations!). There are at least 4 TV screens and most of them have a Roku device (Netflix and Amazon Prime). Patrick was a great host, he communicated clearly and was always just a message away. We wished the kitchen had a few extra amenities, but that's a minor concern. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back some day!

Overall the house and amenities are stunning. I am giving three starts due to the issues indicated below. I would definitely book again if these issues are resolved. The powder room waste bin was left full from previous tenants. The house rules indicated the availability of waste bins outside the house for the tenant to drop off garbage at check-out, the bins are actually far away near the main road, we were asked to drive garbage in our car to avoid surcharge, yes for real a messy situation especially when your car is already packed. We paid extra for cleaning service that should take care of this, we are not in the business of hauling garbage!! The house has air conditioning unit installed but not turned on, why!! We were even told that all rooms have fans which isn't true. For the high price paid per night, the AC should really be turned on. My wife ended up with a second if not 3rd degree burn on her leg from the steam sauna nozzle that is awkwardly positioned just where you are supposed to sit and enjoy, keep in mind you can't clearly see things while the steam in running. That nozzle should really be moved and a caution sign be posted to warn for accidental touch, but still definitely move the stupid nozzle away from the sitting bench. Poor wife wasted her vacation between clinics and hospitals with most likely a permanent scar, not to mention the extra cost we incurred buying medicine, first aid, parking, etc.

Booked this Airbnb for a long weekend getaway with my group of 12. The photos don’t do a justice, the chalet is absolutely stunning! The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook all 3 meals in the day. Would just recommend bringing some of your own big bowls for salads etc because there is only one I believe. I know air conditioning was not listed but I specifically asked few weeks before if AC works otherwise we’d book our trip elsewhere. Host said it works which is false. Just open up all the windows so the breeze comes through. Basement is pretty cool but main floor and top floor bedroom is really hot though. Views definitely compensated for not having AC! There are only 2 full bathrooms with showers which got a bit annoying at times especially with 12 people trying to take showers roughly same time. Wasn’t a huge deal just made the group take quick showers lol Lastly lac superieur is not 5 mins walk. It is 10-15 mins drive from chalet. You must park at the market/grocery store “L’etalage” and then walk down a street to reach access to the lake. Anywhere else the lake is private which you need bracelets to access. Just walk over to 71 Ch du tour du lac road and the access will be right beside it. It has a private access sign don’t get confused like we did! Thank you Patrick for the hospitality, we had an amazing time and stay at the chalet. We would recommend to our friends to stay :)

Had an amazing experience at the cottage, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to relax for a week-end. Everything was super clean, the Host Patrick was very helpful, very quick at answering all our questions and made us feel safe and felt like we’re taken care of. The lake access was more public rather than private as mentioned. A lot of the locals or other people renting cottages in the area were making comments because we were a big groupe and the lake access was a bit small. Once you go in the water it’s all good, but people were saying that it wasn’t our spot and that we had access ton another lake further, all the other places needed bracelets or key access to enter the facility, which we were not informed or given if we had access or not. Regardless, we were able to swim, mind our business and enjoyed the nice weather. Thank you Patrick. I would definitely recommend!
