Overall, the chalet is nice and well located, but there are a few important things to note.\nSome of the fixtures appear to be installed cheaply, which caused issues during our stay.\n\nWhen we arrived at check-in, the cleaning person was still there and apologized as the floors were not yet finished. Upon entering, the main living area was quite dusty and there was visible grime on the carpets, which was disappointing.\n\nAt checkout, we made sure to clean the entire chalet ourselves so everything would be left in excellent condition. Stephanie was very kind and confirmed that we left the place in amazing shape. Unfortunately, afterward, her co-hosts accused us of breaking a microwave and attempted to charge us for it. This was very stressful, especially since we did not cause the damage. They later realized it had occurred during a different stay and apologized, but the situation took away from what was meant to be a relaxing family getaway.\n\nStephanie herself was friendly, accommodating,

Only complaint is that it felt a bit expensive considering some stuff felt badly renovated or cheaply repaired (towel racks not well screwed into the wall, the handle on the freezer was loose and kept coming off, stuff like that). Overall great experience! Stephanie was super flexible with our check in which was really appreciated. I’d come back :)

We had such a wonderful time and felt right at home in Le Zen. It was absolutely GORGEOUS and the photos didn’t do it justice. Getting in and out was super easy, and we especially loved the beds, they were incredibly comfortable! Every guest we had staying with us was impressed, and we truly have zero complaints. Our booking manager was super friendly and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing stay in the Laurentians. AAAAA++++

Great chalet, beautiful view. Everything is clean. Only concern was the bugs I wish there was some kind of mosquito repellent on the patio to let us enjoy time outdoors. A zapper would be great for future guests.

Nice cottage with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view on a pond and forest. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction going in the area and noisy construction trucks and tractors were passing by the cottage lifting-up dust multiple times per day. The checking and out process was smooth, the frequent communication was helpful, but the constant reminder of the rules is a little heavy.

If you are looking for a secluded experience nestled in the mountain, this spot is for you. Really nice home big enough rooms for multiple couples or families. We enjoyed our stay.l and would go back.

The house was gorgeous and spacious enough for all of us to have privacy and together time. Unfortunately there was no way to make ice as the ice maker was broken and there were no ice cube trays. The host responded quickly but reserve.ca was impossible to reach. We would definitely want to return to the property but would bring more supplies like tin foil and containers for leftovers.

Overall a great stay. As advertised. Could have been better communication with property manager but that did not take away from the great time.

We enjoyed a beautiful ski getaway in this picturesque chalet! It was a gorgeous open concept home, with vaulted ceilings and was perfectly appointed. Stunning finishings, with a lovely hottub overlooking the woods and private with no nearby neighbours.The owners were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions that we had! The place was equipped with family games and all of the kitchen amenities that we needed! Close to both Mont Tremblant and Mont Blanc with other nearby smaller ski hills for all levels. Highly recommend, we will be back!

A super nice, recently built home, the hot tub was pleasant, the beds were comfy, and all of our 10 guests fit comfortably. The only quirks are: - Careful to read the host's instructions for finding the house. Google does not have you drive far enough up the road. - The front door's lock code changes at exactly checkout time, which we discovered when we wanted to run back in to make sure we had emptied all of the garbage cans. Only close the door when you are absolutely ready! - While I am certain the hosts will fix this before it is an issue: The building will end up with some moisture damage long term: the ceiling above the hot tub is either too low or the wood is not treated to resist the humidity. Also in the bathrooms there are some early signs of damage in the grout and paint.

We wanted an escape but also wanted to be away from people and this beautiful home was the answer. Relaxing by the fire and gazing out the windows at the gorgeous surroundings was perfect. Lots of hiking right outside the door and the hot tub was the perfect way to finish off a day of outdoor activity.

Everything was clean and nice. It’s a beautiful cottage. Had problems with AC and the rooms were 26.5 degrees Celsius. So it was very hot inside.

We booked our stay with Stephanie weeks in advance. However, the day we were coming in, as we were driving, Stephanie called me 3 times (I couldn't pick up as I was driving). When I finally got in touch with an employee of her company, they demanded my personal face book and LinkedIn accounts as well as that I put the names of all the guests OR she would NOT give me the door code. This was a surprise, because she had already given me a door code, but that door code was wrong and I'd only get the correct one by complying with her demand. She did this the day we were to check in so as to pressure me into saying yes and not cancelling the booking because by then we were only an hour away and had nowhere else feasible to stay. When we entered, the place was beautiful, all the photos were correct. However, there were a few problems with the place. Nothing was as clean as you expected it to be. We had to rewash dishes we wanted to use and there were stains of dubious origin everywhere.

Very nice cottage, very good choice for family trip. We lived here for a sbort trip to visit Montreal. It's around one hour drive to Downtown Montreal.

We stayed at the cottage during the power outage in QC we urgently needed a place to stay we felt lucky to have found Stephanies The price per night was expensive but we didn’t have a lot of choices since it was last mins We had small children we needed hear / running water and / food Half of the party arrived first and they spent a few hours cleaning up the place The floors are were dirty They vacuumed and mopped the floors Clean counters cupboards and tables after buying our own cleaning supplies we were left with empty bottles no paper towels The most shocking was the condition of the couch it’s discussing full of stains same with the carpet We were not comfortable sitting one it and half of the dinning rooms chairs arnt stable we didn’t bother saying anything we were dealing with a natural désastre but looking back we should of said somthing since it wasn’t luxurious high end the place was runned down, we asked for our cleaning fee back our request is pending so disappointing

Incredible home by all measures and great value. Incredible views, very close to st Adele and sauveur towns. Perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, very new and well located. Great hot tub too! Super nice hostess and very responsive. Will be back soon for sure ! 😍😍😍

The place is amazing, i went with my parents, siblings and my 2 daugthers. We had an incredible time. Loved the place very much. Too bad i had a really bad treatment by “Stephanie”… seriously this was unbelieveable. Stephanie went on vacation and another woman took her account and started responding me súper agressive. The very same morning we were entering the house, this lady wrote that if i didnt change my profile pic she was entitled to redime the reservation! We were 11 people driving already to the place! This made us very mad and uncomfortable with the reservation and with her. I really really had a bad time with this. She was also pressuring me to link my husbands account to mine cus otherwise she could redime the reservation… again, we were driving there. Too bad i can not put the screenshots of the conversations because you wouldnt believe the way she answered to me. As an airbnb host (my husband and o have a beach house here in mexico), this Treatment i could never do that to a client of mine.

Great location and beautiful property. Layout is perfect for entertaining and spending a few days with family and friends. One thing to note, you have to go down a small hill to access the fire pit area. So if anyone is traveling with young kids or guests that have any mobility challenges, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall we had a great time.

The chalet is worth every dollar spent. Whether you come on the weekend or weekday - this chalet offers plenty for views, amazing vibes and more space than a party of 12 needs. The chalet is nicely furnished with tasteful items and has all the amenities a guest would need during their stay. The view is just amazing with variation of greens all around. We went during the last week of July and it was so nice, can't image what it would be like in Fall. Situated at the top of the road - the vantage view point from this chalet gives you the feeling you are way up in the hills. Inside the chalet - the 5 spacious room had all the needed furnishing to accommodate three families with kids. The dedicated space for kids to play or watch a movie while the adults take a dip in the hot tub on the same floor just 5 foot step away was very handy. The balcony on the main floor with the space to accommodate 10 people sit down with the gas BBQ was the highlight of our meals. Even when the power went away - we spent quiet some time in the dark in that area - listening to the silence of the dark and appreciating the nuance of the trees playing with the wind With modern amenities - this chalet should be anyone's number 1 choice if you are looking in the area. Stephanie was a great host - who answered to our queries promptly. A must return in the Falls next year to enjoy the colors

This was a big disappointment and would not stay there again. The house was dirty. Couch has more stains than I have ever seen, dry brown stains on one of the “clean” towels, hair on bed sheets, dust and dead insects in more places than we could keep track of including the glassware cabinets, and sticky coffee stains on coffee machine. We had to check out after an uncomfortable first night. Airbnb was very cooperative and refunded us the unused nights and part of the first night after they saw all the pictures we took. Would continue to use Airbnb but not this house or host.

We were a group of 10 (7 adults, 3 kids under 5 yrs) and spent about 5 days at this home. This was our first visit to the Laurentians region of Quebec---and it was amazing. Saint Adele is a great place to base yourself for Mont Tremblant etc. because you're away from the crush of visitors and still have easy access to great winter activities in the area. We were able to do a number of things like snowshoeing, sledding, moping around etc. The home is located up a hill in a very rural appearing location next to a lake. Driving in with snow on the ground felt absolutely magical---and reminded us of some European ski towns with chalets along the way. The home is definitely beautiful and the location was even more spectacular. Large windows allowed for some beautiful sunlight during the day and some great views. The home is spacious, well maintained and allowed us to do what we came to do---spend time together. After full days of activities, the hot-tub was a nice thing to come home to (as was the soaker tub in the primary bathroom with a view overlooking the forest/lake). The host was prompt at responding to queries and we had no issues with directions, getting access to the home etc. Throughout our stay we had no issues with any of the amenities and really did enjoy our time here. This specific home is popular---and I can see why. Overall great experience and we'd love to be hosted again here in the future.

My husband and I chose Stephanie’s chalet as a mini getaway to take a break from the busy city life. As soon as we walked in, we were in awe at the cleanliness of the place and how beautifully decorated it is. Stephanie is an excellent host and made our stay extremely comfortable. It felt like a 5-star experience as all the rooms were provided with enough towels, extra pillows, and lots of comfort! Instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and simple which made the process easy. Stephanie is also very responsive and helpful. The views in the living room was lovely waking up to and having your morning coffee by. In the evenings, it was nice sitting beside the fireplace with a glass of wine. Will definitely book again for family getaways as there’s plenty of space, rooms designed for kids and a jacuzzi to relax in. All in all, this was a beautiful chalet that felt like a home away from home :)

Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings, amazing views! We were looking for a quick winter get away and this was perfect. The layout of the home is wonderful, open concept so if you were in the kitchen you still felt like part of the conversation in the living room. The deck upstairs is a great size (we only went out to take in the views due to the temperature) and the hot tub is covered on the lower level outside space. Bedrooms are spacious and have storage so you can unpack and get comfortable. The bathrooms are also well appointed and it's great to have 3 in the home. In the winter, good winter tires or all wheel drive is a must. We would definitely stay again and have no hesitation recommending to friends and family.

If you're looking for a place with a great view, and lots of bedrooms, this is it. We really loved that the jaccuzzi was next to the patio door so we didn't have to freeze going in and out (it was -20ish during our stay). The place is clean and has all the basics you need, which is great when you don't want to bring everything from home. I would definitely go back!

A HAVEN! My family and I were so relaxed and comfortable in this homey yet luxurious home! The view was a dream to see every moment of the day. It was exactly what I was looking for and everything I hoped it would be. Just note, that there is a steep climb on the street this home is located. It is a mountain home after all. There was a snowstorm during our stay (30cm) and our AWD SUV got stuck while trying to climb back up the hill. Thankfully, by chance, the snow removal crew passed by within the hour. So, we were able to drive up the hill easily. We highly recommend!

We were looking forward to a secluded location for a relaxing weekend and this is what we got. The Chalet is very spacious and the posting/photos reflected the reality. We loved our stay at this location! The house was large and very nicely decorated. There was a 3rd bathroom that was not shown in the listing so that was a pleasant surprise. We stayed 5 nights so I do suggest if you are there for more than a couple of nights to bring along extra dishwasher and laundry pods. There is both a Keurig and a regular coffee perk which was great. The fireplace was lovely in the mornings while sitting enjoying your coffee and the spectacular views. The firepit outside was also really nice to sit around in the evening. This was a great family vacation! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a ski escape, or just a time to relax and enjoy each other.

I was very disappointed by my stay at this property. It is advertised as a high end luxury property but unfortunately falls way short of this - I would not stay here again. There was dust everywhere. Significant accumulation on AC return vent which had clearly not been cleaned for months. The gas grill had significant build up of grease and burnt debris. Several switches (high-touch areas which should be cleaned) had grime visible. Some of the bed linen was dirty and stained. Several days after initial complaint escalation to owner resulted in an offer to send the cleaner back - too late and we didn’t want an unknown person in the property with us for hours; but we hope this will be improved for future guests. The gas grill is missing the igniter so can only be lit by removing the grill and heat spreaders (handling all the grime) and by using an external flame. Oven bulb and hood bulb blown. Multiple holes in walls - several caused by poorly adjusted door stops allowing handles to strike the drywall - which need filling. Poor paint finish and bumps/scrapes which need to be touched up; particularly on lower floor. This may sound particular, but the property is marketed as luxury/5-star not as a budget or mid-market option. Internet/TV. The internet is shared with other properties rather than being dedicated to the house. We experienced a several minor performance issues/drops; but one day in particular the internet was unavailable from midnight until approx. 4pm. Likely the router just needed rebooting but given it’s a shared connection served from elsewhere this required a call-out to another property and took hours to resolve. There is no cable service or broadcast tv, so the only entertainment is dependent on the internet. It appeared that previous guests had left a Netflix and Spotify account signed in; but otherwise the owner provides no subscription-based service to use. The TVs are Roku devices, but a pin is required if you wish to add your own app/service to use which is not provided. Standard of finish and furnishing. The downstairs feels particularly low-budget. The downstairs bathrooms are contractor-grade and not finished to the standard of the upstairs bathroom; for example, lacking lightning above mirrors, cheap shower curtain above the bath rather than a screen. Linens and towels are starting to show signs of wear. Beds are metal frames with no headboards and uncomfortable mattresses. Acceptable in a lower-end property but not “luxury”. The downstairs bedrooms in particular appear to have been configured with a view to maximising occupancy rather than comfort. The only room with an ensuite bathroom has twin bunks built above the king bed. As such there is not really a master suite and the lower floor felt more like a dormitory. Interior Noise. The house is served by a well with a buffer tank in a lower floor closet next to the seating area. We had no issues with water and the system appears to work well - but it is noisy. The tank refilling is annoying while using the downstairs tv. The downstairs is really a finished basement meaning all the lower floor rooms are close to the utilities. The interior of the property generally suffers from poor sound insulation. Anyone sleeping downstairs will be awoken by anyone upstairs using the main bathroom as the drain stack is immediately next to the bedrooms and makes a lot of noise. The stairs are also very noisy. Decor/equipment. There were several basics absent which would likely only be noticed by someone spending a few days here. No hooks on doors for dressing gowns, no iron, no tea spoons (saw this was also mentioned in another review months ago, with a response they’d address it). Minor but easily resolved things which an owner who spent time in the property themselves would resolve for their own comfort… but not the sort of thing an investor would probably notice [see final point]. Business model / ownership. We thought that we were renting directly from a private owner. We learned when raising concerns that the host is in fact an employee of an agency/holding company. It appears she is not empowered to make quick service recovery decisions and as such it took 2-3 days to be finally connected to management. Had I been aware the property was part of a portfolio being rented by a for-profit organization I would likely not have booked. This model is likely what is driving some of the cost-related decisions to defer maintenance. I’d expect an owner to act more quickly to address any concerns raised by a guest and to take a sense of pride in service recovery - responses were perfunctory “I’ll escalate to my management”. I’m particularly annoyed with this as it does appear that an attempt has been made to gloss over that this is not a privately owned property rented by the owner. The chalet is spacious, clean and has a great view. It has everything you need to relax: spa, BBQ, nice big TV, bluetooth sound and fire pit. Even though the description says two bathrooms, there is a small one in the basement, so we had three bathrooms. :) Stéphanie answered all of our questions and we had a great time. If you want to relax, that's a nice chalet to go.

House has a beautiful upper floor, with a great view on the trees and the valley. Internet is good for video calling. Place is really quiet at night which is great. Overall a good stay. Someone dropped by (without notice) to add chlorine to the hot tub — would have been nice to have a heads up. EV charging at is Level2 and works great.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was as advertised - the kids were big fans of the hot tub and fire pit, and all of us loved the incredible views and nature. Just sitting on the covered balcony in the mornings with coffee, or in the evenings after the kids were asleep, was so grounding and peaceful. Also really great to have an EV charger. Would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet de Stéphanie, la vue est magnifique, les pièces sont spacieuses et très lumineuses et la literie est vraiment très confortable. Nous nous sommes bien reposés avec tout le confort dont nous avions besoin, l’endroit est vraiment calme et tranquille. Et prendre un bain avec vue sur la forêt et les marmottes restera un excellent souvenir. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans le magnifique chalet de Stéphanie.

What an amazing place! Modern and spacious! With a beautiful view! What else can you ask for? One of the best, if not, the best place I have stayed at so far. Would definitely go back. We had a great stay at Le Chic Belvédère. The view was breathtaking. The property was spotless and modernized. We all slept like babies because of the quietness. Can’t wait to book for another stay:)

The cottage is amazing, the setting is amazing, our stay was amazing! It really was a 5 star experience. The furniture is stylish and comfortable.The beds are the best we've slept in in a long time! The deck is covered so we could use it despite the thunderstorms. There's a ton of space but the cottage is still very cozy with a lot of natural light during the day, and smartly designed lighting at night. We had a really wonderful time and the only problem we had was when all the fire alarms went off in the middle of the last night for no apparent reason. We informed Stéphanie and she said it was the first time it ever happened and that she was going to investigate it. Other than this incident, everything was great and we hope we can go back real soon.

This location was beyond beautiful, the view was immaculate and breathtaking! The pictures are beautiful but in person it’s even nicer, I can’t wait to come back again in the future to have a relaxing weekend away. There were more than enough beds for everyone and the home is so beautiful and newly renovated. Definitely worth the stay!

All in all a very beautiful chalet, modern and clean with beautiful views on top of the hill however here are a few things that led to a less than perfect stay and made things confusing and not smooth : - there are three sets of different lengthy instructions and house rules 1. In air b nb website 2. Multiple Laminted sheets on the entrance coffee table 3. A few sporadic laminated sheets on different walls ... 4. A last instruction email sent to you before you check out ( which i missed opening and reading btw) the problem is : - they are not covering the same things !!!!!! Some specific instructions in each !!! Makes it super complicated to follow - they ask you not to use white towels for jaccuzi and a high fee will be charged if you do ... then there are no other towels !!! - they ask you to use a specific product after each use in jaccuzi or a high charge again if you do not follow but that product does not exist - no where in all these different instructions they mentionned the wifi info . All this lack of communication and wrong info made us constantly look for things and worry about stuff which is usually the opposite of what you want to acheive by staying at a chalet for a weekend . You want it to be smooth and relaxing . The kitchen also is missing some conventional cooking stuff like parts of the salad tosser, cheese grater, potato masher, no tea spoons ... so if you are planning to spend your time cooking make sure you have all you need . - they mentionned there is enough suply of toilet paper for “normal” usage . We were only 4 and we were ok but I dont see how the amount they provided would have been enough for a big groupe . I felt they provided dishwasher pods also to a minimum amount so it made us constantly feel we might run out of things . At the end of our stay also a technician guy for maintenance of some water tank or something wanted to have access to the unit which again we did not know anything about and refused letting him in ... one last question mark in our heads before we left ! Hope they improve their services and their communications for future guests .

This was the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - the place is so beautiful and tastefully designed. It’s located in a cute residential area but secluded up on a hill, offering amazing views of the lake and surrounding scenery. The house was very clean and had all the essential items for a great stay. It’s nicely laid out and very spacious, with a lovely living area and fireplace. The hot tub was also one of the best features of the house, on its own deck offering lovely views of the surrounding area and mountains. I will definitely be coming back here and cannot recommend this place enough! Communication with the hosts was super quick and easy. Thank you for the best stay!!

The place was better than anticipated. Every single aspect live up to its standards and was the most beautiful airbnb we have ever been to. Stephanie was amazing , check in was easy fast. Would definitely recommend 10/10 if you are looking for an amazing getaway this is the one. It wouldn’t have been the same if we had booked another place for our trip.

So if your looking for a good place to relax and enjoy your vacation this is not the place you want to book. We arrive on Friday and check in was ok. Lock box code was correct but keep malfunctioning. Called the host twice and finally was advised on how to open the door. Got there late Friday went to bed and woke up early morning. Started the jacuzzi and soak up for a bit. Relax enjoy drinks by the big window and lots of intimidate encounters and used all the beds that were available for us :) There was two couples on this trip. We then took a afternoon dip. Around the evening time the water stops working. I called the host and texted 3 times. Did not get a response. I text the next morning and just advise she would call me. They call me and husband advise me to look at the e electric panel to see if the pump circuit didn't trip. I look and nothing was wrong. He then explain the water system is from a well and that maybe it was dried up. He offered full refund for this issue. Then my gf called to confirm that a refund was offered she can speak better french then me so this is why she called. The husband's advice that he would give us a full refund and that if we wanted to stay for the night until check out we could. He advised us that we could use the jacuzzi water to use in the washrooms. After all this I requested a refund the next day and was not able to get one. Now the host is making up stories about how we had parties and that we ruin the jacuzzi. So now after the husband was being all nice and going offer us a refund. They go back in there word and make false accusations. Not they want to charger me for the jacuzzi issue. Not to sure what would go wrong if I only used it twice. And she wants to charge me 500 for a party I never through. Air b and b policy is that you need evidence of the water not working. Well I never knew this and now I am going to advice everyone that you need to take a video or pictures prior to check in and check out. Let's see what they can do

Great chalet! The view is spectacular. Very easy check in and out. The kitchen was very well equip for cooking. Stayed for 3 nights and we had ample room for our family (2 adults and 5 kids). The kids even had a seperate TV room downstairs. We were also able to enjoy smores under the stars around to outdoor firepit. We definitely recommend!

The cottage is immaculate. Bright, open, and airy - you can truly relax while enjoying the incredible view. It has a well stocked kitchen and the furniture is top-notched. I didn’t even want to leave at the end of my stay!
