Lakeview Luxury Cottage with Private Spa

Nous souhaitons partager notre expérience afin d’informer les futurs voyageurs de manière objective. Séjour très décevant. Nous avons constaté la présence très importante de fourmis charpentières dans tout le chalet (planchers, murs, rideaux), ainsi que de nombreuses coccinelles asiatiques. La situation était préoccupante, surtout avec de jeunes enfants jouant au sol. La présence de nombreux pièges à fourmis à notre arrivée laisse croire que le problème était déjà connu. Malgré cela, aucune information préalable ne nous a été communiquée à ce sujet. Lorsque la situation a été signalée, aucune mesure de dédommagement n’a été accordée, au motif que le délai de 24 heures prévu par la plateforme était dépassé, et ce malgré les indices évidents démontrant que le problème ne résultait pas de notre séjour, mais d’une situation préexistante. Expérience globalement insatisfaisante en raison de l’infestation et d’une gestion peu accommodante.

We went to Patrick’s beautiful “cabin” as a group of 8 girls for my birthday and it was amazingly fitting for the event. The location is stunning, the house itself is very well equipped and stunning. The view was to die for and the rooms were well isolated so everyone was able to go to bed whenever they wished to do so. Patrick was great to work with, very responsive and generous. Clear instructions and expectations which was perfect! We loved our stay and would come back. Thanks again!

View, comfortable beds, hot tub, pool table, quiet location, plenty of space

L’endroit est trés beau, propre et bien décoré. L’espace est bien divisé et fonctionnelle. Il y a des instructions claires pour tout ce qui en nécessite et l’hôte répondait toujours rapidement aux questions avant le séjour. Beaucoup de luminosité dans le jour graces aux multiples fenêtres. Le foyer interieur donne beaucoup de charme à cet endroit.

The property is large and in a quiet area, the only tiny positive I can mention. But beyond that, it was a disaster. The reality is nothing like the photos: some areas were filthy, old furniture everywhere, and we even found insects inside the house. The worst part was the unbearable heat and humidity for two nights because the AC didn’t work. Despite contacting the host immediately, they ignored us until the next day, promised to fix it, and then did absolutely nothing. On the last day, we faced a power outage and no water, so we couldn’t shower or wash our clothes, completely intolerable. The host’s complete lack of care and support made our stay extremely stressful and miserable. I actually became sick from the heat, and my friends were also unwell. For a property that looks so nice in photos, the hosting was shockingly poor. In one word: this stay was a nightmare. I would strongly advise against booking this property

Le chalet est très beau, tres propre et bien aménagé. Nous étions un gros groupe et l'intérieur convenait parfaitement, autant pour les adultes que les enfants. Cependant, nous avons été très déçu de l'espace extérieur qui était tres petit et qui semblait vraiment plus grand sur les photos. Il n’y a pas vraiment de jardin, il y a bien une vue sur le lac qui est plus un marais qu’un lac, mais sans accès à celui ci; et puis surtout il y a une route de gravel entre le chalet et le lac. De notre point de vue c’est un beau chalet d’hiver mais décevant l'été si c’est pour profiter d'être dehors.

We had so much fun. I love the kitchen so much. We felt so peaceful when we woke up in the morning.

Comfortable and spacious. We were very well located for our spring break ski week. We were within 15-30 minutes to many excellent ski hills. We especially appreciated the hot tub after a day of spring skiing.

Très beau séjour chez Patrick et son superbe chalet !

This was a great place to stay. We were a group of 7 cross skiers and the property was a great location for us to explore and train on the local back country cross ski trails which were all within a 10 - 15 minute drive from the house. The house was as described , easy to gain access and well maintained and clean on arrival. The living space was large and perfect for our group. Patrick was a great host - easy to contact and fast to respond and was flexible in allowing is to check in early so we could leave our luggage to go for a cross ski on on arrival day. Would highly recommend.

Très beau chalet avec de belles grandes chambres. Très propre. Beaucoup de jeu, spa, feu exterieur très plaisant. Chalet intime, sans voisin proche, tranquil. Ca prend des bons pneu d'hiver pour monter l'entrée du chalet quand il neige, certains auto on rester pris dans la pente. Très agréable sejour, nous allons surement revenir!

This is a beautiful property. I strongly suggest very clean very well thought of every amenity possible the owners of the chalet thought of everything we couldn’t ask for anything different. Comfortable chalet with a great layout. Very bright and with amazing views. Loved the big kitchen and the play area.

La propriété est spacieuse et confortable. La vue est magnifique. La chambre avec le lit de bébé ne possède pas de lit simple. Il y avait par contre un matelas double supplémentaire au sous-sol qu’on a pu déposer parterre dans la salle de jeux. Un très beau séjour!

Nous avons passé un super beaux week-ends entre amis! Le chalet est grand, les chambres sont grandes et bien situées! Le Chalet entier était propre! Il avait quelques commodités manquantes mais rien de trop grave! La cuisine est immense! C’est très tranquille, pas de voisins proche et avec une belle vue sur le lac! Merci!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Le chalet aux allures vintage était impeccable et accueillant. Je recommande fortement! Il y a des plages à environ 15 minutes d'auto mais il faut y aller tôt car elles sont très petites et beaucoup de monde.

The house is very nice and most comfortable. The location is beautiful with a lake view. Very quiet and peaceful but just a few minutes to major highways.

WE LOVED THIS COTTAGE. The space was AMAZING. As soon as you enter the cottage, you are greeted by this beautiful view of the lake. It has an open space, living, dining, and kitchen, which makes gathering with friends easy. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and pillows were incredibly COMFORTABLE . There are large wndows and a large deck where I sat to watch this pectacular sunrise while sipping my coffee. We were not disappointed.

Chalet MA-GNI-FIQUE! La décoration sort de l’ordinaire. Chalet très bien équiper autant pour un séjour entre adultes qu’en famille avec de jeunes enfants. Beaucoup d’espace et la vue est magnifique. C’est un chalet très confortable pour un grand groupe, on était une quinzaine et tout le monde avait sa place!

Tres beau chalet! Un séjour relaxant idéal pour notre grand groupe de 11 personnes avec 3 enfants. La décoration et la qualité des rénovations sont supers!

Patrick was super helpful in our planning coming from the US. His place was super clean and cozy, it was exactly what our large group was looking for. Comfortable beds, a lovely bathtub to soak and relax in. I would revisit the home in the future.

Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille. Nous recommandons la location du chalet, calme et super pour activités extérieur. Le chalet est très bien conçu et maximisé pour recevoir 14 personnes Les lits sont très très confortables Le prix pour le ménage chargé est élevé, nous avons trouvé des toiles d’araignée qui était en place depuis un bon moment et les douches auraient besoin d'un bon lavage, mais rien de majeur. Cuisine, très bien équipée Le salon principal mériterais d’une mise à jour, sofa vieux et légèrement brisé. Je suggère fortement l’emplacement et j’y retournerais demain matin, Merci,

Chalet impeccable, très bien décoré, beaucoup d'espace. Nous étions 10 et nous avions beaucoup de place. Très convivial aussi pour les repas et le temps passé ensemble. On recommande sans hésiter.

We had a great time at Patrick’s place! The cottage was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The location is great with St-Sauveur nearby and very private. It looked like the photos and offers tons of amenities and things to do. We totally recommend this cottage for your next stay!

My friends and I went for a weekend and it was an absolute dream! What a beautiful place (just like the pictures), full of amenities, accessible by car and everything was clean and ready for us. Thanks Patrick for hosting us, I highly recommend staying at this amazing gem in the middle of nature.

Patrick's place truly feels like you're living in an older James Bond flick. From the vibrant colors to the eclectic wallpaper, we felt like living in the 70s with all the modern conveniences. Plus, the view is excellent and definitely worth coming back for!

Excellent chalet, très bien situé. Terrain de chasse a proximité alors prenez garde si vous désirez vous aventurez dans le bois. La vue sur le lac est époustouflante et le chalet est conforme à la description. Petit bémol au sujet de la connexion internet qui pourrait et devrait être de nettement meilleure qualité compte tenu des tarifs en vigueur. A part cela, très bon choix!

We had a great time at the property. Local towns were easily accessible and the views were great. The roads have quite a few pot holes and bumps so I would drive carefully getting to and from the property. The amenities included in the property were more than enough for our group and the host was very helpful in solving any issues we had.

The stand outs: This home is an absolute stunner - pristine decor, small touches all over, great layout and design, immaculately clean, all the beds had beautiful linens, a ton of kitchen items, plenty of seating, and fun little zones to relax. Comfortable beds, dark rooms, lovely peaceful and quiet nights. An absolute dream. Great value for large bookings. No silly house rules or “make work for guests”. I Very easy going and relaxed hosts! A few areas to improve: We were disappointed to find the grounds were under construction with sand, debris and mud all around. No green space outdoors and hanging residual tarp near the hot tub area. We did not have cell service in the home (Bell, Telus and Rogers phones) and wish this was disclosed on the listing since we are both busy executives and being on wifi only does not work for us. We experienced flooding in the basement affecting two rooms, likely a fluke and will be fixed for next guest but impacted our stay. Not yet a 5 star.

This is a beautiful chalet in an even more beautiful and peaceful setting. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway. We'll definitely be back.

What a gem! This place is amazing. The decor is incredible. And the host truly made us feel right at home. We were a family of four traveling with another family, and this house easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids with lots of space leftover. So much to do! Great kitchen and an epic dining room by the fireplace for shared meals. And what a view! Thank you to our hosts for making our stay so perfect.

We had a great time, the surrounding area was very peaceful. There were some minor inconveniences which will hopefully get resolved in the future (hard to lock sliding bathroom doors, 1 squeaky bed in the children's room), but apart from these we had an amazing stay and can recommend this chalet. The WiFi was surprisingly good, it could handle teleworking easily. Tip: goggle maps displays the chalet on a wrong location, in reality it is a bit more north. Keep your eyes open for the sign! The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a wine fridge too (but no raclette).

Great chalet, perfect for a ski trip

It's a stunning property, extremely peaceful and includes everything you need for an amazing getaway. Fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, pots, pans and a coffee machine. The house was spotless and the hidden Mud Room is great to keep the rest of the home clean. Highly recommend this location and Patrick is an amazing host.

Very nice and elegant chalet for big family. I like the kitchen very much, it’s well equipped and big enough to prepare the dinner for more than 10 people. A dedicated space to children, many desk games which can release the parents. A relax vocation! I recommend.
